۞ So I swear by the setting places of the stars. 75 and that is a mighty oath, if you but knew 76 This is indeed the noble Qur’an. 77 [conveyed unto man] in a well-guarded divine writ 78 none but the purified shall touch, 79 A Revelation from the Lord of the Worlds. 80 Then is it to this statement that you are indifferent 81 And make denial thereof your livelihood? 82 Why, then, when the soul of the dying man reaches the throat, 83 And ye the while (sit) looking on,- 84 And We are nearer to it than you, but you do not see-- 85 why then, if you are not revived, 86 Call back the soul, if ye are true (in the claim of independence)? 87 Thus, then, if he be of those Nearest to Allah, 88 There will be peace and plenty, and gardens of tranquility for him. 89 If it is of the people of the right hand, 90 There will be the salutation by those of the right hand: "Peace on you. 91 But if he is of the deniers and the errants, 92 there shall be a hospitality of boiling water, 93 And burning in Hellfire 94 This is indeed the ultimate truth. 95 So glorify the name of your Lord, the Great One. 96
