So I swear by what you see 38 and all that you do not see, 39 That it is indeed the speech of an illustrious messenger. 40 and is not - however little you may [be prepared to] believe it - the word of a poet; 41 Nor the word of a soothsayer; little is it that you mind. 42 Sent down by the Lord Of The Creation. 43 And if the messenger were to invent any sayings in Our name, 44 We would have seized him by the right hand; 45 Then cut off his aorta, 46 And not one of you would have withheld us from punishing him. 47 And verily, this Quran is a Reminder for the Muttaqun (pious - see V. 2:2). 48 And We certainly know that there are amongst you those that reject (it). 49 yet, behold, this [rejection] will indeed become a source of bitter regret for all who deny the truth [of God's revelation] 50 Certainly it is a Truth of absolute certainty. 51 Wherefore hallow thou the name of thy Lord, the Mighty. 52
