What aileth those who disbelieve, toward thee hastening. 36 On the right and on the left, in groups? 37 Does every man of them desire that he should be made to enter the garden of bliss? 38 No, that is not like that! Verily, We have created them out of that which they know! 39 But nay! I call to witness [Our being] the Sustainer of all the points of sunrise and sunset: verily, well able are We 40 To replace them by (others) better than them; and We are not to be outrun. 41 Hence, leave them to indulge in idle talk and play [with words] until they face that [Judgment] Day of theirs which they have been promised 42 The Day when they will come out of the graves quickly as racing to a goal, 43 Their eyes lowered in dejection, ignominy covering them (all over)! such is the Day the which they are promised! 44

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
