(Muhammad), We have revealed the Quran to you in gradual steps. 23 So submit patiently to thy Lord's command, and obey not of them any guilty one or disbeliever. 24 And mention the name of your Lord [in prayer] morning and evening 25 And prostrate for Him in a part of the night, and proclaim His purity into the long night. 26 These people (disbelievers) love the worldly life and neglect the terrifying day which will come. 27 It is We Who created them, and We have made them of strong built. And when We will, We can replace them with others like them with a complete replacement. 28 Verily this is an Exhortation; so let him who so will take a way to his Lord. 29 (The virtuous mentioned in this chapter) want only what God wants. God is All-knowing and All-wise. 30 He admits to His Mercy whomsoever He pleases. As for the wrong-doers, He has prepared for them a grievous chastisement. 31
