Dispatched (Al-Mursalaat)
In the name of Allah, the Entirely Merciful, the Especially Merciful
By the emissary winds, (sent) one after another 1 storming tempestuously 2 Then by oath of those that lift and carry. 3 then the criterion (the verses of Koran), separating 4 Then spread abroad a Message, 5 To complete the argument or to warn. 6 Indeed, what you are promised is to occur. 7 Thus, [it will come to pass] when the stars are effaced, 8 And when the heaven is rent asunder, 9 And when the mountains are blown away, 10 And when the apostles are gathered at their appointed time 11 For what day is that time fixed? 12 For the Day of Judgement. 13 Would that you knew about the Day of Judgment! 14 Woe that Day to the deniers (of the Day of Resurrection)! 15 Destroyed We not the former folk, 16 and then follow them with the later folk? 17 So We serve the sinners. 18 Woe unto the repudiators on that day! 19 Have We not created you from a fluid (held) despicable?- 20 Then We placed it in a secure resting-place, 21 for a term pre-ordained? 22 So We did measure, and We are the Best to measure (the things). 23 Woe that day unto those who cry it lies! 24 Did We not make the earth as a gathering place 25 for the living and the dead, 26 And made therein mountains standing firm, lofty (in stature); and provided for you water sweet (and wholesome)? 27 Woe on that Day to those that give the lie to the Truth! 28 Proceed to that which you denied. 29 proceed towards the three-pronged shadow, 30 “Which neither gives shade, nor saves from the flame.” 31 The fire will shoot out sparks as big as huge towers 32 "As if there were (a string of) yellow camels (marching swiftly)." 33 Ruin is for the deniers on that day! 34 This is the day on which they shall not speak, 35 Nor will it be permitted for them to make an excuse. 36 Woe on that Day unto those who give the lie to the truth 37 'This is the Day of Decision; We have joined you with the ancients; 38 So if you have a plan, plan against Me (now). 39 Woe, that Day, to the deniers. 40
