Are ye the harder to create, or is the heaven that He built? 27 He raised its height, and He has equally ordered it, 28 and darkened its night, and brought forth its forenoon; 29 And after it spread out the earth. 30 And brought forth therefrom its water and its pasture; 31 and the mountains He set firm, 32 All this was done as a means of enjoyment for you and your cattle. 33 But when the Great Catastrophe comes, 34 The day when man remembers all that he had done, 35 And Hell-fire shall be made apparent in full view for (every) one who sees, 36 then as for whosoever was insolent 37 and prefers the life of this world, 38 Lo! hell will be his home. 39 but one who fears to stand before his Lord and restrained himself from base desires, 40 Then surely the garden-- that is the abode. 41 They will question you about the Hour: 'When shall it be' 42 What concern do you have regarding its explanation? You are not bound to tell them. 43 [seeing that] with thy Sustainer alone rests the beginning and the end [of all knowledge] thereof? 44 You are but a Herald of Warning, for one who fears it. 45 The day they see it, it will seem they had stayed in the world but only an evening or its turning into dawn. 46
