What, are you harder to create than the heaven which He has built? 27 and raised its vault high and proportioned it; 28 He has made its nights dark and its days bright. 29 And the earth, moreover, hath He extended (to a wide expanse); 30 therefrom brought forth its waters and its pastures, 31 And He made fast the hills, 32 [all this] as a means of livelihood for you and your animals. 33 So when the greatest universal disaster arrives, 34 The Day when man will remember that for which he strove, 35 And the Scorch will be made apparent to any one who beholdeth. 36 then as for him who was insolent 37 and preferred the present life, 38 Then surely the hell, that is the abode. 39 And as for him who fears to stand in the presence of his Lord and forbids the soul from low desires, 40 Verily the Garden! that shall be his resort. 41 They will ask you [Prophet] about the Hour, saying, "When it will come to pass?", 42 What art thou about, to mention it? 43 To your Lord belongs (the knowledge of) the term thereof? 44 Your duty is only to warn him who fears it. 45 On the day that they see it, it will be as though they had not tarried but the latter part of a day or the early part of it. 46
