The All High (Al-A'alaa)
Allah - beginning with the name of - the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful
۞ Glorify the Name of your Lord, the Most High, 1 Who created all things and fashioned them in good proportion; 2 Who determines and directs, 3 And Who brings forth herbage, 4 then caused it to wither away. 5 We shall make thee recite, to forget not 6 save what God may will [thee to forget] - for, verily, He [alone] knows all that is open to [man's] perception as well as all that is hidden [from it] 7 And We shall make easy for you (O Muhammad (Peace be upon him)) the easy way (i.e. the doing of righteous deeds). 8 Remind, if the reminder can be of benefit. 9 The admonition will be received by those who fear (Allah): 10 Only the wretch will turn aside, 11 He will be cast into the Great Fire. 12 Neither dying therein nor living. 13 He has certainly succeeded who purifies himself 14 and mentions the Name of his Lord, and prays. 15 But rather you prefer the life of this world! 16 Whereas the Hereafter is better and everlasting. 17 This is surely in the earlier Books, 18 In the Books of Ibrahim and Moosa. 19
