Cooling the Temper (Al-Sharrhh)
8 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Forenoon (Al-Duhaa) before The Afternoon (Al-'Asr)
In the name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful
۞ HAVE WE NOT opened up your breast 1 And We have taken off from thee thy burthen, 2 that weighed so heavily on your back, and 3 have We not given you high renown? 4 So, surely with every hardship there is ease; 5 truly with hardship comes ease.' 6 So when you have finished (from your occupation), then stand up for Allah's worship (i.e. stand up for prayer). 7 And to thy Lord turn (all) thy attention. 8
