Al-Zalzalah

The Quake (Al-Zalzalah)

8 verses, revealed in Medina after Women (Al-Nesaa) before Iron (Al-Hadeed)

In the Name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful

When Earth is shaken with her (final) earthquake 1 And the earth throws out its burdens. 2 And man will say: "What is the matter with it?" 3 On that Day it will relate all her news, 4 For your Lord will have commanded it. 5 On that Day people will come forward in separate groups to be shown their deeds: 6 And so, he who shall have done an atom's weight of good, shall behold it; 7 and whoever has done an atom's weight of evil, will also see it. 8

True are the words of God the Almighty.
