The Quake (Al-Zalzalah)

8 verses, revealed in Medina after Women (Al-Nesaa) before Iron (Al-Hadeed)

In the name of Allah, most benevolent, ever-merciful

WHEN THE WORLD is shaken up by its cataclysm, 1 and when the earth brings forth its burdens 2 And man saith: what aileth her? 3 on that Day will she recount all her tidings, 4 for your Lord has so directed it. 5 That day mankind will issue forth in scattered groups to be shown their deeds. 6 So, whoever does an atom's weight of good shall see it; 7 And whosoever has done even an atom's weight of evil will behold that. 8

True are the words of God the Almighty.
