▼ 15 The Hijjr Valley
Al-Hijjr 2 of 6

We have placed constellations in heaven and have beautified it for beholders, 16 And We have protected it from every devil expelled [from the mercy of Allah] 17 But any that gains a hearing by stealth, is pursued by a flaming fire, bright (to see). 18 We stretched the earth and placed upon it firm stabilisers, and made all things grow upon it balanced evenly. 19 and provided thereon means of livelihood for you [O men] as well as for all [living beings] whose sustenance does not depend on you. 20 And there is not a thing but with Us are the stores thereof. And we send it not down save in appointed measure. 21 We let loose fertilizing winds, and bring water from the sky for you to drink; and you could not have stored it up for yourselves. 22 And verily We! it is We who give life and death, and We shall be the survivors. 23 We know those of you who press forward, and We know the laggards, 24 Lo! thy Lord will gather them together. Lo! He is Wise, Aware. 25
