Al-Aadeyaat
The Galloppers (Al-Aadeyaat)
11 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Afternoon (Al-'Asr) before Bounty (Al-Kawthar)
In the Name of Allah, the Merciful, the Most Merciful
By the (steeds) that run, with panting (breath), 1 sparks of fire striking, 2 then raid by the dawn, 3 Raising clouds of dust, 4 dividing the gathering. 5 Indeed, the human is ungrateful to his Lord. 6 And indeed he himself is a witness to it. 7 And violent is he in his love of wealth. 8 ۞ Is he not aware that when whatever lies (buried) in the graves is overthrown; 9 And that which is (locked up) in (human) breasts is made manifest- 10 indeed, on that Day their Lord will be aware of them! 11
God the Almighty always says the truth.
