The Shocker (Al-Qaare'ah)

11 verses, revealed in Mecca after Quraish (Quraish) before Resurrection (Al-Qeyaamah)

In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful

The terrible calamity! 1 What is the (Day) of Noise and Clamour? 2 And what have you understood, what the event that terrifies the hearts is! 3 On that day, people will be like scattered moths 4 and the mountains shall be like plucked wool-tufts. 5 Then as for him whose balances are heavy, 6 shall live in a life which is pleasing, 7 but those whose good deeds will be lighter (on the scale). 8 His abode shall be the abyss. 9 And what can make you know what that is? 10 Raging Fire. 11

True are the words of God the Almighty.
