The Shocker (Al-Qaare'ah)
11 verses, revealed in Mecca after Quraish (Quraish) before Resurrection (Al-Qeyaamah)
In the Name of Allah, the Merciful, the Most Merciful
The Clatterer (the Day of Judgement)! 1 What is the startling calamity? 2 What shall Make thee know that which the Striking is? 3 It is the Day when people will be like moths, dispersed, 4 and the mountains like tufts of carded wool. 5 Then as for one whose scales are heavy [with good deeds], 6 shall find himself in a happy state of life; 7 But he whose deeds are lighter in the balance 8 He is in the lap of one that abases. 9 And what will explain to thee what this is? 10 (It is) a Fire which is extremely hot. 11
Allah the Almighty always says the truth.
