The Shocker (Al-Qaare'ah)

11 verses, revealed in Mecca after Quraish (Quraish) before Resurrection (Al-Qeyaamah)

In the name of Allah, the Compassionate, the Merciful

The Clatterer! 1 How awesome the sudden calamity! 2 What shall Make thee know that which the Striking is? 3 It is a Day whereon mankind will be like moths scattered about, 4 and mountains will be like carded wool. 5 And then, he whose weight [of good deeds] is heavy in the balance 6 Will be in a life of good pleasure and satisfaction. 7 But as for him whose balance (of good deeds) will be light, 8 Will have the Abyss for abode. 9 And what do you know what that is? 10 A Fire vehemently hot! 11
