The Shocker (Al-Qaare'ah)

11 verses, revealed in Mecca after Quraish (Quraish) before Resurrection (Al-Qeyaamah)

In the name of Allah, most benevolent, ever-merciful

OH, the sudden calamity! 1 What is the Striking Calamity? 2 Would that you knew what the crash is! 3 It is the Day when people will be like moths, dispersed, 4 And the mountains shall be as loosened wool. 5 Then he whose deeds shall weigh heavier in the scale 6 shall find himself in a happy state of life; 7 but he whose scales weigh lighter, 8 the Abyss shall be his home. 9 And what will make you know what it is? 10 It is the scorching fire. 11

True are the words of Allah the Almighty.
