Hoarding (Al-Takaathur)

8 verses, revealed in Mecca after Bounty (Al-Kawthar) before Charity (Al-Maa'oon)

In the Name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful

Gross rivalry diverts you, 1 till you reached the grave. 2 But nay, ye soon shall know (the reality). 3 Nay! Nay! you shall soon know. 4 Lo! would that ye knew now with the surety of knowledge! 5 you would see the fire of Hell. 6 Then ye shall surely behold with the surety of vision. 7 Then, on that day, you will be questioned about the bounties (of God). 8

Allah the Almighty always says the truth.
End of Surah: Hoarding (Al-Takaathur). Sent down in Mecca after Bounty (Al-Kawthar) before Charity (Al-Maa'oon)
