The Backbiter (Al-Hummazah)

9 verses, revealed in Mecca after Resurrection (Al-Qeyaamah) before Dispatched (Al-Mursalaat)

In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful

WOE TO EVERY slanderer, back-biter, 1 who collects and hordes wealth, 2 Does he think that his wealth will prolong his stay on earth forever? 3 No! He will surely be thrown into the Crusher. 4 And what could make thee conceive what that crushing torment will be? 5 It is a Fire kindled by God. 6 Which rises above the hearts. 7 closed around them 8 In extended columns. 9

Allah the Almighty always says the truth.
