The Elephant (Al-Feel)
5 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Disbelievers (Al-Kaaferoon) before Daybreak (Al-Falaq)
In the Name of Allah, the Most Beneficent, the Most Merciful
Have you not seen how your Lord dealt with the people of the elephant? 1 Did He not make their guile to go astray? 2 And He loosed upon them birds in flights, 3 They hurled upon them stones of baked clay; 4 And made them like an empty field of stalks (of which the corn has been eaten up by cattle). 5
Allah Almighty has spoken the truth.
