Charity (Al-Maa'oon)

7 verses, revealed in Mecca after Hoarding (Al-Takaathur) before The Disbelievers (Al-Kaaferoon)

In the Name of Allah, the Merciful, the Most Merciful

Just look at him, who belies the religion! 1 Such is the one who repulses the orphans away, 2 And encourages not the feeding of the indigent. 3 Woe to those who pray 4 Who delay their Salat (prayer) from their stated fixed times, 5 Those who do good deeds only to be seen (of men), 6 and prevent the utensils of assistance. 7
