Is it harder to create you or the heaven? But Allah built it, 27 and raised its vault high and proportioned it; 28 Gave darkness to its night, and brightness to its day; 29 And after that He spread the earth. 30 He brought forth from it its water and its pasturage. 31 And the mountains He set firm 32 an enjoyment for you and your flocks. 33 When the great over-whelming event arrives, 34 The day when man will call to mind his (whole) endeavour, 35 And the Scorch will be made apparent to any one who beholdeth. 36 Then, for such as had transgressed all bounds, 37 And preferred the life of this world (by following his evil desires and lusts), 38 Then indeed, Hellfire will be [his] refuge. 39 But as for him who feared to stand before his Lord and restrained his soul from lust, 40 indeed, their refuge shall be Paradise. 41 They ask you: "When will the Hour be? When is its time fixed?" 42 Wherein art thou concerned with the declaration thereof! 43 This matter is in the hands of your Lord. 44 You are only a warner to him who would fear it. 45 On the day when they see it, it will seem to them as though they had only lived in the world for a morning and an afternoon. 46
