Charity (Al-Maa'oon)

7 verses, revealed in Mecca after Hoarding (Al-Takaathur) before The Disbelievers (Al-Kaaferoon)

In the Name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful

HAST THOU ever considered [the kind of man] who gives the lie to all moral law? 1 For that is the one who drives away the orphan 2 and urges not the feeding of the needy. 3 So ruin is to those offerers of prayer – 4 and are heedless of their prayers, 5 Those who do things only to be seen by others. 6 and refuse to help the needy. 7

Allah the Almighty always says the truth.
