And recite in the Book the account of Moses. He was a chosen one, a Messenger, a Prophet. 51 And We cried unto him from the right side of the mount, and We drew him nigh for whispering. 52 And with Our mercy We bestowed upon him his brother Haroon, a Prophet. 53 AND CALL to mind, through this divine writ, Ishmael. Behold, he was always true to his promise, and was an apostle [of God], a prophet, 54 He bade his people to pray and to give the alms, and he was pleasing to his Lord. 55 And mention in the Book, Idrees. Indeed, he was a man of truth and a prophet. 56 And We raised him to a high station. 57 These are they whom Allah hath favoured, from among the prophets, of the progeny of Adam and of them whom We bore with Nuh, and of the progeny of Ibrahim and Isra'il, and of those whom We have guided and chosen; whenever the revelations of the Compassionate were rehearsed unto them, they fell down prostrating themselves and weeping. ۩ 58 ۞ But they are succeeded by a generation who neglect their devotional obligations and follow only earthly pleasures; but they will reach the wrong road and meet destruction, 59 Except those who repent and believe, and work righteousness: for these will enter the Garden and will not be wronged in the least,- 60 Gardens of Eden, which the Beneficent hath promised to His slaves in the unseen. Lo! His promise is ever sure of fulfilment - 61 They shall not hear therein (in Paradise) any Laghw (dirty, false, evil vain talk), but only Salam (salutations of peace). And they will have therein their sustenance, morning and afternoon. [See (V. 40:55)]. 62 That is the Garden which We will grant to those of Our servants who have been God-fearing. 63 We come not down, save at the commandment of thy Lord. To Him belongs all that is before us, and all that is behind us, and all between that. 64 Lord of the heavens and the earth and all that is between them, so worship Him, be patient in His worship.
