They ask you about the mountains. Say, "My Lord will scatter them as dust 105 "He will leave them as plains smooth and level; 106 "You will see therein nothing crooked or curved." 107 On that Day, all will follow the summoning Voice from which there will be no escape; and all sounds will be hushed before the Most Gracious, and thou wilt hear nothing but a faint sough in the air. 108 On that day no intercession shall avail, except the one for whom the Most Beneficent (Allah) has given permission and whose word is acceptable to Him. 109 He knows all that is ahead of them and all that is behind them, while the others do not know. 110 ۞ And the faces shall be humbled before the Living, the Self-subsistent Allah, and he who bears iniquity is indeed a failure. 111 But he who works deeds of righteousness, and has faith, will have no fear of harm nor of any curtailment (of what is his due). 112 And thus We have sent it down, an Arabic Recitation, and have propounded variously therein of the threats, that haply they may fear, or that it may generate in them some admonition. 113 Supremely exalted is therefore Allah, the King, the Truth, and do not make haste with the Quran before its revelation is made complete to you and say: O my Lord! increase me in knowledge. 114 And verily We made a covenant of old with Adam, but he forgot, and We found no constancy in him. 115
