The Quake (Al-Zalzalah)

8 verses, revealed in Medina after Women (Al-Nesaa) before Iron (Al-Hadeed)

In the name of God, The Most Gracious, The Dispenser of Grace

When the earth is shaken by a terrible quake 1 and when the earth brings forth its burdens 2 And man enquires: "What has come over it?" 3 On that Day she will tell out the tidings thereof. 4 Because your Lord sent a command to it. 5 That day people will proceed separately to be shown their deeds. 6 So whoever does a good deed equal to the weight of the minutest particle, will see it. 7 and he who shall have done an atom's weight of evil, shall behold it. 8

Allah Almighty has spoken the truth.
