Say, [O Muhammad], "My Lord, if You should show me that which they are promised, 93 My Lord! then place me not among the wrong-doing people. 94 And verily We are Able to show thee that which We have promised them. 95 Respond to the injustice (done to you) with the better deed. We know best what they attribute to God. 96 And pray: "My Lord! I seek Your refuge from the suggestions of the evil ones; 97 And I seek refuge with Thee, my Lord! lest they may be present with me. 98 Until, when death comes to one of them he says: 'My Lord, let me go back, 99 haply I shall do righteousness in that I forsook.' Nay, it is but a word he speaks; and there; behind them, is a barrier until the day that they shall be raised up. 100 So when the Horn is blown, no relationship will there be among them that Day, nor will they ask about one another. 101 And those whose scales are heavy [with good deeds] - it is they who are the successful. 102 but those whose scales are light shall forfeit their souls and live in Gehenna (Hell) for ever. 103 The Fire shall scorch their faces, exposing their jaws. 104 “Were not My verses recited to you, so you used to deny them?” 105 They will say: our Lord! our wretchedness overcame us, and we have been a people erring. 106 Our Lord, bring us forth out of it! Then, if we revert, we shall be evildoers indeed.' 107 Allah will say: "Away from Me; stay where you are and do not address Me. 108 You are those that when a party of My servants said: 'Our Lord, we believe, so forgive us, and have mercy on us, for You are the Best of those that are merciful,' 109 But you ridiculed them. So much so that out of (spite) for them you forgot to remember Me and laughed at them. 110 [But,] behold, today I have rewarded them for their patience in adversity: verily, it is they, they who have achieved a triumph!" 111 He will say, “How long did you stay on earth, counting by the number of years? 112 They will say: We tarried a day or part of a day, but ask those who keep account. 113 He will say: "You stayed there only a moment, if you knew. 114 Did you, then, think that We created you in mere idle play, and that you would not have to return to Us?" 115 So exalted be Allah, the True King! there is no god but he, Lord of the Throne honoured. 116 He who crieth unto any other god along with Allah hath no proof thereof. His reckoning is only with his Lord. Lo! disbelievers will not be successful. 117 So say: "O my Lord! grant Thou forgiveness and mercy for Thou art the Best of those who show mercy!" 118
