Blessed is He Who, if He please, will give you what is better than this, gardens beneath which rivers flow, and He will give you palaces. 10 No, they belied the Hour. We have prepared for him who belied the Hour a Blaze. 11 Even if they were to see [this fire] from a distant place, they would only listen to its raging and roaring. 12 And when they are flung into a strait place thereof, bound up, they shall call therein unto death. 13 'Call not out today for one destruction, but call for many!' 14 Say: Is that (doom) better or the Garden of Immortality which is promised unto those who ward off (evil)? It will be their reward and journey's end. 15 Abiding there forever, they shall find in it all that they desire. This is a binding promise which your Lord has made. 16 Upon the day when He shall muster them and that they serve, apart from God, and He shall say, 'Was it you that led these My servants astray, or did they themselves err from the way?' 17 They will answer: 'Exaltations to You. We should not have taken others for a guardian, but You gave them and their fathers enjoyment until they forgot Your Remembrance and they were a destroyed nation' 18 So they shall indeed give you the lie in what you say, then you shall not be able to ward off or help, and whoever among you is unjust, We will make him taste a great chastisement. 19 O Muhammad,, all the Messengers whom We sent before you also ate food and moved about in the streets. In fact, We have made you all a means of test for one another. Will you show patience? for your Lord sees everything. 20
