Blessed be He Who has placed in the heaven big stars, and has placed therein a great lamp (sun), and a moon giving light. 61 And it is He who has made the night and the day in succession for whoever desires to remember or desires gratitude. 62 (Among) the servants of the Beneficent God are those who walk gently on the earth and when addressed by the ignorant ones, their only response is, "Peace be with you." 63 and those who spend the night prostrating themselves, and standing before their Lord, 64 And who say: Our Lord! Avert from us the doom of hell; lo! the doom thereof is anguish; 65 "Evil indeed is it as an abode, and as a place to rest in"; 66 And they who when they spend, are neither extravagant nor parsimonious, and (keep) between these the just mean. 67 Who do not invoke any god apart from God, who do not take a life which God has forbidden except for a cause that is just, and do not fornicate -- and any one who does so will be punished for the crime, 68 [but] shall have his suffering doubled on Resurrection Day: for on that [Day] he shall abide in ignominy. 69 Save him who repenteth and believeth and worketh righteous work. Then these! for them Allah shall change their vices into virtues. Verily Allah is ever Forgiving, Merciful. 70 Those who repent and act righteously have truly returned to God, 71 And those who do not witness falsehood, and if they pass by some evil play or evil talk, they pass by it with dignity. 72 who do not turn a blind eye and a deaf ear to the signs of their Lord when they are reminded of them; 73 who pray, "Our Lord, bless us with wives and children, who may be the comfort of our eyes, and make us leaders of the righteous. " - 74 These shall be rewarded with high places because they were patient, and shall be met therein with greetings and salutations. 75 and wherein they will live for ever: what an excellent abode and what an excellent resting place! 76 Say (O dear Prophet Mohammed – peace and blessings be upon him) “You have no value before My Lord if you do not worship Him; so you have denied – therefore the punishment that remains, will occur.” 77
