۞ And We revealed unto Musa saying: go by night with My bondmen verily ye shall be pursued. 52 So Firaun sent gatherers into the cities. 53 [bidding them to call out his troops and to proclaim:] "Behold, these [children of Israel] are but a contemptible band; 54 And indeed, they are enraging us, 55 seeing that we are, verily, a nation united, fully prepared against danger 56 So We made them leave their gardens and springs, 57 And treasures and a station noble. 58 Even so. And We gave them as a heritage to the children of Israel. 59 So they pursued them at sunrise. 60 and when the two groups saw each other, Moses' companions said, "We are sure to be overtaken." 61 Moses replied, "No, My Lord is with me, and He will guide me." 62 Then We revealed to Musa: Strike the sea with your staff. So it had cloven asunder, and each part was like a huge mound. 63 Then brought We near the others to that place. 64 And We saved Musa and those with him, all of them. 65 But We drowned the others. 66 Most surely there is a sign in this, but most of them do not believe. 67 And indeed, your Lord - He is the Exalted in Might, the Merciful. 68
