The people of Noah rejected the messengers. 105 Behold, their brother Noah said to them: "Will ye not fear (Allah)? 106 I am for you an honest Messenger, 107 be, then, conscious of God, and pay heed unto me! 108 I ask no recompense of you for it. My reward is due from none but the Lord of all the worlds. 109 “Therefore fear Allah, and obey me.” 110 ۞ They said, 'Shall we believe thee, whom the vilest follow?' 111 Said he: "And what knowledge could I have as to what they were doing [before they came to me]? 112 Their reckoning is upon my Lord, if ye but knew. 113 I am certainly not one to drive away the believers. 114 I am only a plain warner. 115 'Noah' they replied, 'if you do not desist you shall be of those stoned' 116 Noah said, "My Lord, my people have rejected me, 117 Then judge between me and them with decisive judgement and save me and those with me of the believers." 118 So We saved him and those with him in the laden ship. 119 Then after it, We drowned the rest. 120 Surely there is a Sign in this, but most of them would not believe. 121 But surely your Lord is mighty and merciful. 122
