The people of Nuh (Noah) belied the Messengers. 105 When their fellowman Nooh said to them, “Do you not fear?” 106 I am a trustworthy messenger for you: 107 So keep your duty to Allah, and obey me. 108 I seek of you no reward for this: my reward is with none except the Lord of the Universe. 109 so fear you God, and obey you me.' 110 ۞ They said: shall We believe in thee when the meanest follow thee? 111 He said, "What knowledge do I have of their doings? 112 Their account is only upon my Lord, if you [could] perceive. 113 And I am not (here) to repulse believers. 114 I am only a Prophet. 115 They said, "Noah, if you do not desist, you will, certainly, be stoned to death." 116 Then Noah said, "Lord, my people have rejected me. 117 Therefore judge Thou between me and them with a (just) judgment, and deliver me and those who are with me of the believers. 118 So We saved him and those with him in a laden ship. 119 And drowned the rest of them. 120 Lo! herein is indeed a portent, yet most of them are not believers. 121 Verily Your Lord is Immensely Mighty, Ever Compassionate. 122
