Say, [O Muhammad], "My Lord, if You should show me that which they are promised, 93 O my Lord, do not put me among the harmdoing people' 94 And most surely We are well able to make you see what We threaten them with. 95 [But whatever they may say or do,] repel the evil [which they commit] with something that is better: We are fully aware of what they attribute [to Us]. 96 And say "O my Lord! I seek refuge with Thee from the suggestions of the Evil Ones. 97 I seek your protection should they approach me." 98 lt ceaseth not until when death cometh to one of them, and he saith: my Lord! send me back. 99 so that I may do good works in the world I have left behind." Never! It is indeed but a meaningless word that he utters. A barrier shall stand behind such people till the Day they are raised up again. 100 For when the Trumpet is blown, that day there shall be no kinship any more between them, neither will they question one another. 101 Then those whose scales are heavy, they are the successful. 102 and he whose scales are light -- they have lost their souls in Gehenna dwelling forever, 103 The Fire shall scorch their faces, exposing their jaws. 104 (It will be said): Were not My revelations recited unto you, and then ye used to deny them? 105 They will say, “Our Lord! Our ill-fate overcame us, and we were the astray people.” 106 Get us out of this, O Lord. If we transgress we will surely be sinful." 107 Allah will say, “Remain rebuked in it, and do not speak to Me.” 108 There was a group of my servants among you who always prayed: Lord, forgive us and grant us mercy; You are the best of those who show mercy. 109 But you took them in mockery to the point that they made you forget My remembrance, and you used to laugh at them. 110 "I have rewarded them this Day for their patience and constancy: they are indeed the ones that have achieved Bliss..." 111 He will say: How long tarried ye in the earth, counting by years? 112 They will say: "We stayed for a day or part of a day. Ask of those who keep count of this." 113 He will say: "You stayed only for a while, if you only knew that. 114 Do you think We created you for nothing, and that you will not return to Us?" 115 Now Allah be Exalted, the True King! There is no Allah save Him, the Lord of the Throne of Grace. 116 And whosoever calls upon another god with God, whereof he has no proof, his reckoning is with his Lord; surely the unbelievers shall not prosper. 117 And say thou: my Lord! forgive and have mercy, and Thou art the Best of the merciful ones. 118
Almighty God's Truth.
