The people of Nooh denied the Noble Messengers. 105 When their brother Nuh (Noah) said to them: "Will you not fear Allah and obey Him? 106 Behold, I am an apostle [sent by Him] to you, [and therefore] worthy of your trust: 107 Therefore guard against (the punishment of) Allah and obey me 108 “And I do not ask from you any fee for it; my reward is only upon the Lord Of The Creation.” 109 Have fear of God and obey me." 110 ۞ They said: Shall we put faith in thee, when the lowest (of the people) follow thee? 111 He said: And what knowledge have I of what they may have been doing (in the past)? 112 Their account falls only upon my Lord, were you but aware. 113 "I am not one to drive away those who believe. 114 "I am sent only to warn plainly in public." 115 They said, "Noah, if you do not desist, you will, certainly, be stoned to death." 116 He said, 'My Lord, my people have cried me lies, 117 Then judge between me and them with decisive judgement and save me and those with me of the believers." 118 Wherefore We delivered him and those with him in the laden ark. 119 Then We drowned the rest afterwards 120 In this [story,] behold, there is a message [unto men,] even though most of them will not believe [in it]. 121 Your Lord is Majestic and All-merciful. 122
