The people of Noah also rejected the messengers. 105 When their brother Noah said to them, "Will you have no fear of God? 106 Indeed, I am to you a trustworthy messenger. 107 “Therefore fear Allah, and obey me.” 108 "No reward do I ask of you for it (my Message of Islamic Monotheism), my reward is only from the Lord of the 'Alamin (mankind, jinns and all that exists). 109 So fear Allah and obey me." 110 ۞ They answered: "Shall we accept you even though it is the meanest of people who follow you?" 111 He said: I have no knowledge of that which they have been Working. 112 My Lord alone can bring them to account, if only you could understand, 113 And I am not (here) to repulse believers. 114 I am naught but a plain warner. 115 They said: "If you do not desist, O Noah, you will be stoned to death." 116 He said: "My Lord! Verily, my people have belied me. 117 Therefor judge Thou between us, a (conclusive) judgment, and save me and those believers who are with me. 118 Thereafter We rescued him and those who were with him in the laden Ark 119 Then after it, We drowned the rest. 120 Indeed in that is a sign, but most of them were not to be believers. 121 And indeed, your Lord - He is the Exalted in Might, the Merciful. 122
