The people of Noah denied the messengers 105 Recall when their brother Noah said to them: "Do you have no fear? 106 Lo! I am a faithful messenger unto you, 107 Therefore guard against (the punishment of) Allah and obey me 108 And I ask of you no wage therefor; my wage is the concern only of the Lord of the Worlds. 109 So fear Allah and obey me." 110 ۞ They said: shall We believe in thee when the meanest follow thee? 111 He said, "What knowledge do I have of their doings? 112 Their account falls only upon my Lord, were you but aware. 113 I will not drive away the believers. 114 I am only a clear warner." 115 They said, "Noah, if you do not desist, you will be stoned." 116 He said: "O my Lord! truly my people have rejected me. 117 so give true deliverance between me and them, and deliver me and the believers that are with me. 118 So We saved him, and those who were with him in the laden ark, 119 Then We drowned the rest afterwards 120 Indeed in this is a sign; and most of them were not believers. 121 surely your Lord is the Mighty One, the Merciful. 122
