Y S (Yaa Seen)
83 verses, revealed in Mecca after Jinns (Al-Jinn) before The Statute Book (Al-Furqaan)
In the name of Allah, the Entirely Merciful, the Especially Merciful
Yaa-Seen (Alphabets of Arabic language Allah and to whomever He reveals, know their precise meanings.) 1 By the Wise Qur'an, 2 Truly, you (O Muhammad SAW) are one of the Messengers, 3 On the Straight Path. 4 (This is) a Revelation sent down by the AllMighty, the Most Merciful, 5 That you may warn a people whose ancestors had never been warned, who are therefore heedless. 6 The word has been proved true against the greater part of them: they will not believe. 7 Verily We have placed on their necks shackles which are up to the chins; so that their heads are forced up. 8 and We have set a barrier before them and a barrier behind them, and We have covered them up so that they cannot see. 9 Whether thou warn them or thou warn them not, it is alike for them, for they believe not. 10 Thou only warnest him who follows the Remembrance and who fears the All-merciful in the Unseen; so give him the good tidings of forgiveness and a generous wage. 11 Indeed, it is We who bring the dead to life and record what they have put forth and what they left behind, and all things We have enumerated in a clear register. 12

قراءة القرآن مترجماً إلى الإنجليزية أو أية لغة أخرى أشبه بقراءة كتب التفسير من قراءة ترجمات حرفية.
Reading the Quran translated into English, or any other language, is more like reading books of interpretation than reading literal translations.
