And assuredly We gave grace unto Musa and Harun. 114 And delivered them and their people from the great affliction. 115 And We helped them, so they were victorious. 116 And We vouchsafed unto the twain a Book luminous. 117 And guided them to the Right Path; 118 and We left them thus to be succeeded by a group [of followers] among later generations: 119 Peace be unto Musa and Harun. 120 That is how We reward those who do good. 121 Surely both of them were among Our believing servants. 122 And verily, llyas was one of the sent ones. 123 When he said to his people: "Will you not be mindful of God? 124 Do you worship Ba`al and abandon the Best Creator. 125 God, your Lord, and the Lord of your fathers, the ancients?' 126 They called him a liar. Thus, all of them will suffer torment 127 Except the chosen creatures of God. 128 and We left for him among the later folk 129 "Peace be on Elijah and his people!" 130 Verily, thus do We reward the doers of good 131 Indeed, he was of Our believing servants. 132 And Lut was most surely of the apostles. 133 We saved him and all his people, 134 except an old woman who lingered, 135 Then We utterly destroyed the rest of them. 136 Verily, ye pass by their (sites), by day- 137 And during the night; so do you not have sense? 138
