Say (unto them, O Muhammad): I am only a warner, and there is no Allah save Allah, the One, the Absolute, 65 Lord of the heavens and the earth and all that is between them, the Mighty, the Pardoning. 66 Say: It is tremendous tidings 67 Ye are therefrom averting. 68 I had no knowledge of the High Council when they disputed. 69 It has not been revealed to me except that I am a clear warner." 70 (Remember) when your Lord said to the angels: "Truly, I am going to create man from clay". 71 And when I have fashioned him and breathed into him of My Spirit, then fall down before him prostrate, 72 Then the angels bowed before him in a body, 73 Except Iblis (Satan) he was proud and was one of the disbelievers. 74 The Lord said: “O Iblis, what prevented you from prostrating yourself before him whom I created of My Two Hands. Are you waxing proud, or fancy yourself to be too exalted?” 75 Said Iblis, “I am better than him; You made me from fire, and You have created him from clay!” 76 (Allah) said: "Then get out from here, for verily, you are outcast. 77 "And My curse shall be on thee till the Day of Judgment." 78 He said: My Lord! Reprieve me till the day when they are raised. 79 [Allah] said, "So indeed, you are of those reprieved 80 Till the period of the time made known. 81 Said he, 'Now, by Thy glory, I shall pervert them all together, 82 "Except Thy Servants amongst them, sincere and purified (by Thy Grace)." 83 Said Allah, “So this is the truth; and I speak only the truth.” – 84 That I will fill Hell with you [Iblis (Satan)] and those of them (mankind) that follow you, together." 85 Say, "I do not ask you for any recompense for this, nor am I a man of false pretentions: 86 It, (the Quran), is nothing but a reminder to you from the Lord of the Universe. 87 And most certainly you will come to know about it after a time. 88
