1/4 Hizb 50
< random >
۞ And when the son of Mary was presented as an example, immediately your people laughed aloud. 57 and say, 'What, are our gods better, or he?' They cite not him to thee, save to dispute;. nay, but they are a people contentious. 58 He was no more than a servant: We granted Our favour to him, and We made him an example to the Children of Israel. 59 Had it been Our Will We would have made angels among you as successors in the earth. 60 And indeed Eisa is a sign* of the Last Day, therefore do not ever doubt in the Last Day, and obey Me**; this is the Straight Path. (* The advent of Prophet Eisa to earth for the second time. ** By obeying the Noble Messenger.) 61 Let not Satan bar you; he is for you a manifest foe. 62 And when Isa came with clear arguments he said: I have come to you indeed with wisdom, and that I may make clear to you part of what you differ in; so be careful of (your duty to) Allah and obey me: 63 Lo! Allah, He is my Lord and your Lord. So worship Him. This is a right path. 64 But sects from among themselves fell into disagreement: then woe to the wrong-doers, from the Penalty of a Grievous Day! 65 They await but the Hour: that it should come upon them of a sudden, while they perceive not. 66 Friends will turn into enemies on that day, except those who fear and follow the straight path. 67
