O My creatures, there will be no fear or regret 68 to those who believed in Our verses and were Muslims, 69 Enter the Garden, ye and your spouses, joyfully. 70 Therein are brought round for them trays of gold and goblets, and therein is all that souls desire and eyes find sweet. And ye are immortal therein. 71 This is the Garden which ye have been made to inherit for that which ye have been working. 72 You will have fruits in abundance there to eat. 73 The sinners will certainly dwell for ever in the torment of Hell. 74 It shall not be abated from them and they shall therein be despairing. 75 And We did not oppress them at all, but they themselves were unjust. 76 And they cry: O master! Let thy Lord make an end of us. He saith: Lo! here ye must remain. 77 Assuredly We brought the truth unto you, but most of you are to the truth averse. 78 Have they determined an affair? then verily We are also determining. 79 Or do they think that We hear not their secrets and their private conversations? Yes, [We do], and Our messengers are with them recording. 80 Say, [O Muhammad], "If the Most Merciful had a son, then I would be the first of [his] worshippers." 81 Utterly remote, in His glory, is the Sustainer of the heavens and the earth - the Sustainer, in almightiness enthroned from all that they may attribute to Him by way of definition! 82 So leave them alone to indulge in their vanities and to frolic about until they encounter that Day of theirs against which they have been warned. 83 And He it is Who is Allah in the heavens and Allah in the earth; and He is the Wise, the Knowing. 84 Glory be to Him, to whom belongs the Kingdom of the heavens and the earth and all that between them is; with Him is the knowledge of the Hour, and to Him you shall be returned. 85 Those whom they call upon, other than Him, have no power to intercede (for them), except those that have knowingly borne witness to the truth. 86 If thou askest them, 'Who created you?' they will say, 'God.' How then are they perverted? 87 And he saith: O my Lord! Lo! these are a folk who believe not. 88 Wherefore turn thou aside from them, and say: peace; presently they shall come to know. 89
True are the words of God the Almighty.

قراءة القرآن مترجماً إلى الإنجليزية أو أية لغة أخرى أشبه بقراءة كتب التفسير من قراءة ترجمات حرفية.
Reading the Quran translated into English, or any other language, is more like reading books of interpretation than reading literal translations.
