Drivers of the Winds (Al-Dhaareyaat)
60 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Dunes (Al-Ahqaaf) before Overwhelming (Al-Ghaasheyah)
In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful
By the (Winds) that scatter broadcast; 1 and those that carry the burden [of heavy clouds,] 2 and those that speed along with gentle ease, 3 by the angels which distribute the affairs, 4 Lo! that wherewith ye are threatened is indeed true, 5 And the judgment must most surely come about. 6 By the beautiful heavens, 7 You are surely caught in contradictions., 8 Turned aside therefrom is who is turned aside. 9 Destroyed are the falsifiers 10 Who are careless in an abyss! 11 asking, 'When shall be the Day of Doom?' 12 (It will be) a Day when they will be tried (i.e. burnt) over the Fire! 13 Taste your burning: this is that which ye sought to be hastened. 14 Surely those who guard (against evil) shall be in gardens and fountains. 15 Accepting what their Lord has given them. Indeed, they were before that doers of good. 16 They used to sleep but little by night [invoking their Lord (Allah) and praying, with fear and hope]. 17 praying at dawn for God's pardon, 18 And the beggar and the destitute had a share in their wealth. 19 And on the earth are signs for the certain [in faith] 20 And within yourselves. Can you not perceive? 21 And in the heaven is your provision and whatever you are promised. 22 By the Lord of the heaven and the earth, it is certainly the truth. It is as true as your ability to speak. 23

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
