With power did We construct the heaven. Verily, We are Able to extend the vastness of space thereof. 47 And the earth! We have stretched it forth beneath; an excellent Spreader are We! 48 And of everything We have created pairs; perhaps you will take heed. 49 So flee to Allah. Indeed, I am to you from Him a clear warner. 50 And make not another an object of worship with Allah: I am from Him a Warner to you, clear and open! 51 Similarly, there came not to those before them any messenger except that they said, "A magician or a madman." 52 Have they inherited such dealings with the Prophets from their predecessors or are they a rebellious people? 53 so ignore them, you are not to blame, 54 And remind; the Reminder profits the believers. 55 I have not created mankind and jinn except to worship Me. 56 I seek not any provision from them (i.e. provision for themselves or for My creatures) nor do I ask that they should feed Me (i.e. feed themselves or My creatures). 57 Surely, Allah is the Provider, the Possessor of Power, the Mighty. 58 So verily unto those who do wrong there is a portion like unto the portion of their fellows; wherefore let them not ask Me to hasten on. 59 So woe to the unbelievers, for that day of theirs that they are promised. 60
