For everything on the earth is extinction. 26 And there will remain the countenance of thine Lord, Owner of Majesty and Beneficence. 27 O which of your Lord's bounties will you and you deny? 28 All those there are in the heavens and the earth turn to Him with solicitation, intent on His purpose all the time. 29 Which of your Lord's wonders would you deny? 30 We shall dispose of you, O ye two dependents (man and jinn). 31 So which of the favors of your Lord would you deny? 32 O assembly of the jinn and the men! If you are able to pass through the regions of the heavens and the earth, then pass through; you cannot pass through but with authority. 33 Which of your Lord's wonders would you deny? 34 There will be sent, against you both, heat of fire and flash of brass, and ye will not escape. 35 How many favours of your Lord will then both of you deny? 36 When the sky will split asunder, and turn rosy like the dregs of annointing oil, 37 which, then, of your Sustainer's powers can you disavow? 38 on that day none shall be questioned about his sin, neither man nor jinn. 39 (We shall see) which of the favours of your Lord will you twain – you men and jinn – then deny? 40 The guilty shall be recognized by their marks, so they shall be seized by the forelocks and the feet. 41 Which favors of your Lord will you both belie? 42 This is the Hell which the guilty called a lie. 43 In its midst and in the midst of boiling hot water will they wander round! 44 Then which of the favours of your Lord will ye deny? 45
