And when Allah said: O Isa, I am going to terminate the period of your stay (on earth) and cause you to ascend unto Me and purify you of those who disbelieve and make those who follow you above those who disbelieve to the day of resurrection; then to Me shall be your return, so l will decide between you concerning that in which you differed. 55 Then as for those who disbelieved I shall torment them with a severe torment in the world and the Hereafter, nor shall have they any helpers. 56 And as to those who believe and do good deeds, He will pay them fully their rewards; and Allah does not love the unjust. 57 This which we recite unto thee is of the signs and of the wise admonition. 58 Verily, in the sight of God, the nature of Jesus is as the nature of Adam, whom He created out of dust and then said unto him, "Be" - and he is. 59 The truth is from your Lord, so do not be among the doubters. 60 If any one disputes in this matter with thee, now after (full) knowledge Hath come to thee, say: "Come! let us gather together,- our sons and your sons, our women and your women, ourselves and yourselves: Then let us earnestly pray, and invoke the curse of Allah on those who lie!" 61 Indeed, this is the true narration. And there is no deity except Allah. And indeed, Allah is the Exalted in Might, the Wise. 62 But if they turn back, Allah hath full knowledge of those who do mischief. 63
