The Inevitable (Al-Waaqe'ah)
96 verses, revealed in Mecca after T H (Taa Haa) before The Poets (Alshu'araa')
In the name of God, The Most Gracious, The Dispenser of Grace
۞ When the Terror descends 1 – and then there will be no one to deny its occurrence – 2 abasing, exalting, 3 when the earth shall be rocked 4 and the mountains crumbled 5 So that they will become floating dust particles. 6 And you (all) will be in three kinds (i.e. separate groups). 7 The People on the Right: and how fortunate will be the People on the Right! 8 And those on the Left Hand (i.e. those who will be given their Record in their left hands), Who will be those on the Left Hand? (As a disgrace for them, because they will enter Hell). 9 And those foremost [(in Islamic Faith of Monotheism and in performing righteous deeds) in the life of this world on the very first call for to embrace Islam,] will be foremost (in Paradise). 10 Those! they shall be the brought nigh, 11 They will dwell in the Gardens of Bliss: 12 A multitude of those (foremost) will be from the first generations (who embraced Islam). 13 And a few from the later generations. 14 (They will be) on thrones woven with gold and precious stones, 15 reclining upon them, facing one another [in love]. 16 immortal youths shall go about them 17 With goblets, (shining) beakers, and cups (filled) out of clear-flowing fountains: 18 No headache will they have therefrom, nor will they be intoxicated - 19 And such fruits as they fancy, 20 and with the flesh of any fowl that they may desire to eat; 21 And pure, beautiful ones, 22 as the likeness of hidden pearls, 23 A reward for what they used to do. 24 No empty talk will they hear there, nor any call to sin, 25 But only the saying of: Salam!, Salam! (greetings with peace)! 26 The Companions of the Right 27 (They will be) among Lote-trees without thorns, 28 And [banana] trees layered [with fruit] 29 And extended shade, 30 and gushing water, 31 and an abundance of fruits, 32 That will neither finish, nor ever be stopped. 33 And [upon] beds raised high. 34 Verily, We have created them (maidens) of special creation. 35 We have made them virgins, 36 Loving (their husbands only), equal in age. 37 with those who have attained to righteousness: 38

كيف تعمل منظومة تمارين الحفظ؟ عند أدنى مستوى 0، تكون كل الكلمات ظاهرة. بينما يُخفي أعلى مستوى 9 كل الكلمات. فكيف تعمل المستويات المتوسطة، مثل 3، على سبيل المثال؟ قد تعتقد بأن المنظومة تخفي 3 من كل تسع كلمات بدقة. ليس تماما! في المستوى 3، لكل كلمة فرصة اختفاء بنسبة 3 من 9، و6 من 9 لتكون ظاهرة. بمعنى آخر، من الممكن، ولكن باحتمال شبة معدوم، أن تكون جميع كلمات المستوى 3 مخفية، أو أن تكون جميعها ظاهرة! وكذلك أيضًا، ففي المستويات المتوسطة، وبما يتناسب مع مستوى الصعوبة، يمكن أن تكون المخابئ غير كاملة أو شفافة جزئيًا بحيث تظهر الكلمات جزئيًا تحتها.
How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
