But nay! I swear by that which you see, 38 And what you do not see 39 Most surely, it is the Word brought by an honored Apostle, 40 It is not poet's speech - little is it that ye believe! 41 Nor is it the word of a soothsayer (or a foreteller), little is that you remember! 42 [It is] a revelation from the Lord of the worlds. 43 And had he fabricated just one matter upon Us – 44 We would indeed have seized him by his right hand 45 and then severed his life vein; 46 And not one of you could have held Us off from him. 47 And indeed this Qur’an is an advice for the pious. 48 We know that there are some among you who will belie. 49 and (on the Day of Judgment) this will be a great source of regret for the unbelievers. 50 And He, He is indeed the ultimate Reality. 51 So glorify the name of thy Tremendous Lord. 52
