Al-Haaqqah 2 of 2
I swear by all that you can see, 38 as well as all that you cannot see! 39 That this is verily the word of an honoured messenger; 40 And it is not the word of a poet; little is it that you believe; 41 nor the speech of a soothsayer (little do you remember). 42 It is a revelation from the Lord of the Universe. 43 Had Muhammad invented some words against Us. 44 We would indeed have seized him by his right hand 45 Then would have cut off his heart’s artery. 46 and not one of you would have been able to withhold Us from doing so. 47 And verily, this Quran is a Reminder for the Muttaqun (pious - see V. 2:2). 48 but We know that some of you will cry lies. 49 And lo! it is indeed an anguish for the disbelievers. 50 Certainly it is a Truth of absolute certainty. 51 Extol, then the limitless glory of thy Sustainer's mighty name! 52
Allah the Almighty always says the truth.
