The Snatchers (Al-Naze'aat)
46 verses, revealed in Mecca after The News (Al-Naba') before Shattering (Al-Infitaar)
In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful
By those (angels) who pull out (the souls of the disbelievers and the wicked) with great violence; 1 By those (angels) who gently take out (the souls of the believers); 2 By the angels who glide swimmingly, 3 Then those who are foremost going ahead, 4 and by those who regulate events. 5 The Day when the quaking will cause a violent convulsion, 6 And there will follow it the next blast. 7 Hearts on that day shall palpitate, 8 Eyes be lowered in submission. 9 They say: "Shall we indeed be returned to (our) former state of life? 10 Even after we are crumbled bones? 11 They say: "It would, in that case, be a return with loss!" 12 However, it will only take a single blast 13 When lo! they shall be wakeful. 14 Have you received the story of Moses? 15 When his Lord called him in the holy valley of Tuwa. 16 Go to Fir'aun (Pharaoh), verily, he has transgressed all bounds (in crimes, sins, polytheism, disbelief, etc.). 17 “Tell him ‘Do you have the inclination to become pure?’ 18 And I will guide you to your Lord so that you should fear. 19 Then he shewed him the great sign. 20 Yet he belied and disobeyed. 21 Then turned he away in haste, 22 Then he gathered his people and cried aloud, 23 Yet to a rich man, 24 So Allah seized him (and made him) an example for the after (life) and for the former. 25 surely there is in this a lesson for the God-fearing. 26

قراءة القرآن مترجماً إلى الإنجليزية أو أية لغة أخرى أشبه بقراءة كتب التفسير من قراءة ترجمات حرفية.
Reading the Quran translated into English, or any other language, is more like reading books of interpretation than reading literal translations.
