۞ And We inspired Musa (Moses), saying: "Take away My slaves by night, verily, you will be pursued." 52 Then Pharaoh sent gatherers to the cities. 53 They announced “These people are a small group.” 54 they have enraged us, 55 And most surely we are a vigilant multitude. 56 Then We drave them forth from gardens and springs. 57 Treasures, and every kind of honourable position; 58 As such we gave it to the Children of Israel. 59 Then they pursued them at sunrise. 60 And when the two hosts saw each other, those with Moses said: Lo! we are indeed caught. 61 Moses said, "Certainly not. My Lord is with me and He will certainly guide me." 62 We commanded Moses: "Smite the sea with your staff." And it parted, and every parting was like a lofty mountain. 63 And We caused the pursuers to draw near unto that place: 64 We delivered Moses and every one with him, 65 Then We drowned the others. 66 In this [story] behold, there is a message [unto all men,] even though most of them will not believe [in it]. 67 Your Lord is certainly Majestic and All-merciful. 68
